Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but technology products, certification programmes, exams, prices and vendor requirements change. Website content is general information and is not a binding commitment unless included in a written proposal, order or booking confirmation from us.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a date or discussing a project does not create a contract. A service is confirmed only when scope, price, delivery arrangements and any applicable booking terms are agreed in writing.
Consulting and architecture services
Advice is based on the information and constraints available at the time. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, production changes, regulatory obligations, vendor licensing and acceptance of implementation risk unless a written engagement expressly states otherwise.
Training
Course content, labs, dates, instructors and delivery format may change where necessary. Vendor names, certifications and marks belong to their respective owners. AlphaSASE does not claim vendor-authorised training status unless explicitly stated for a specific service.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a consumer has statutory cancellation rights for a distance contract, those rights will apply. If a consumer asks for a service to begin during an applicable cancellation period, additional consent or acknowledgement may be required before work starts.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown for short advisory sessions are indicative public prices unless otherwise stated. Corporate, project, travel, lab and on-site work is quoted separately. Taxes, travel expenses and third-party costs are handled as stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, AlphaSASE materials, templates and website content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable written engagement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit limitation. Any project-specific limitations, dependencies and responsibilities will be set out in the applicable written engagement.
Governing law
Unless a written engagement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
